Let’s speak English with Ada! In the ChatClass App from Cornelsen Verlag, Ada is a chatbot that helps students to practice English through their textbook by chatting directly with them. I had to design this friendly, funny and iconic character that motivates students with quizz battles, conversations, pronunciation exercises and so on… I love the App concept and I am exited to share some visual with you
Conception
Ada had to be friendly and easy to relate to, especially because most of the audience were young kids learning English. The design journey stayed true to Cornelsen’s unique illustration style. Ada smoothly transformed from a book mascot to a living letter, then changed into different animals, finally becoming a charming robot.
